GIU Lahore Hosts Breast Cancer Awareness Seminar – Pink Ribbon Youth Program

Green International University, Lahore, organized a seminar to raise awareness about Breast Cancer as part of the Pink Ribbon Youth Awareness Program 2023, in collaboration with Pink Ribbon Pakistan and the Higher Education Commission.

The seminar featured distinguished keynote speakers, including Prof. Dr. Tariq Mehmood Bhatti, Dr. Nazim Hayat, and Dr. Memoona Khalood, who shared their insights and guidance on breast cancer prevention, early detection, and awareness. The event concluded with remarks by the Rector, Prof. Dr. Syed Amir Gilani, emphasizing the importance of education and community engagement in fighting breast cancer.

Following the seminar, participants took part in an awareness walk to further promote breast cancer awareness and inspire proactive health measures among the community.
